Reiki Training and Energy Work
Energy healing is far broader than Reiki, but it remains a pivotal place to start your spiritual journey as it allows you to connect with higher frequencies, and encourages transformation at an energetic, emotional, mental, spiritual and even physical level. You will find over time, that traditional Usui Reiki Training is a valuable tool for personal, professional, and spiritual growth. It can be utilised as a daily practise for 'self-healing', allowing you to work through subconscious blocks; reveal your highest and greatest self; create a strong meditation practise; manifest goals; and heal through physical, mental or emotional trauma at a deep level including working with the inner child. During the course of your training and integration period (21 days), you will notice subtle shifts such as digestive changes, an uplifted mood, better sleep, and strong pulls to leaning out your life. This could mean that you change your social circles, reflect on relationships, contemplate career/work changes, and generally start to align with a life that feels healthier and more wholesome as you welcome in more light. It can be quite confronting, so each of my training courses will be held in my private home and healing studio where you can feel safe, secure, and supported; much like a mini-retreat for your soul! Please note, all Reiki training is aligned to the requirements of the ARC criteria for reiki teaching and certificates will be given.

Reiki Level One

Reiki Level One training awakens the universal healing energy within, and is perfect for those of you wishing to start on a self-healing or spiritual journey. Once you receive your attunement, Reiki can help enhance intuition; clear mental 'blocks' and physical pain; manifest goals; and more by utilising universal energy healing techniques as channelled by Dr. Usui Mikao. This two day in depth course will be hosted from 10:00am - 4:00pm (max. 4 people), including 4 attunements to Usui Reiki, loads of time to practise self healing, and a 60 page full colour workbook with resources collected from my many mentors, research, and personal experience. Reiki Level Two
Empowered Healing
Small Group Reiki Level Two Training | Two Days + Bonus 90 Minute Mentoring Session | Investment $888 | Empowered Healing
Reiki Level Two training is for those whom have already achieved Level One, and completed at least 21 days of 'self-healing' in order to gain certification as a Reiki Practitioner. This hands on healing two day course will be from 10:00am - 4:00pm depending on group size (max. 4 people). You'll have loads of time to practise hands on healing of others, distance healing, receive your attunement, learn the sacred symbols and feel confident as a practitioner with your 50+ page full colour workbook to take home and bonus mentoring session.

Reiki Private Mentoring | $220 Per 90 Minute Session
I understand how daunting it is to start a new business, and feel like you're not 'ready' to realize your full potential as a healer. Over my lifetime, I've spent many hours researching, investigating, experiencing and learning from many Reiki and Yoga Masters, and have gained a wealth of knowledge on how to create more meaningful sessions for your clients - without the burnout, fatigue, fear or failure. This is a great way to develop your confidence as an advanced healer, test your skills, enhance your intuition, and learn a whole lot of new tips and tricks to uplevel your healing ability in a safely held space including a special Reiki activation to empower your connection to source healing.

Enhance Your Intuition
Enhance Your Intuition | 3 Hours | Investment $85
Invest in your psychic development by attending this 3 hour guided workshop where you will learn to understand and enhance your strongest psychic sense! This is a great opportunity to test out your intuition while gaining guidance and feedback to fuel your journey. Expect to feel relaxed, supported, and encouraged to share your unique gift in this safely held space charged with Reiki energy and utilising an array of spiritual tools and methods. Please bring a pendulum or purchase one on the day for $20.00 (please let me know in advance so I have enough). Maximum 8 participants.

Private Reiki Training is designed to work around you over a period of 2-4 days (approx. 10 contact hours for level 1, and 12 for level two), as and when you like, allowing you to design a tailored journey based on your availability. This one-on-one adventure will include all content as above, your workbook, a special gift from me, and loads of time and space to ask questions! This is great for those of you who really want to use Reiki as the journey of change, as well as empaths, introverts, trauma survivors, or those on a purposeful spiritual journey that want to go deeper in their own time and energy.
